SVM – Smart Vacuum System Monitoring Device

The SVM is specifically engineered for vacuum surveillance in vacuum-based wastewater collection systems. Traditional mechanical vacuum switches demand significant maintenance resources, and without continuous monitoring, operations can become problematic as vacuum degradation can propagate rapidly and silently throughout the entire network infrastructure.

With the implementation of IoT data acquisition and wireless transmission technology, the SVM continuously monitors vacuum storage tank pressure at pump station engine rooms, valve station measurements including vacuum and control pressure, and valve operation status tracking opening and closing cycles. The device features IP68 environmental protection for maximum resistance to harsh wastewater environments.
